Policy · AI & Rights
AI creation, clearly stated.
The site identifies where AI is part of the product, world and image-making process while preserving the viewing experience.
What is AI-created
AI is used across the creative chain shown on this site. Depending on the case, that can include the product concept, form, details, reference board and parameters, as well as people, places, styling, interaction, lighting and final images. AIGC JoyousPixel authors the design direction and completes the art direction, selection, correction, sequencing and editing.
People and likeness
People shown in the archive are synthetic fictional subjects unless a project explicitly states otherwise. Their appearance does not indicate identity, consent, endorsement or participation by a real person.
Places and events
Imagined environments, including the Nature series, are creative fictional works. They are not documentary records, evidence of real events or reliable depictions of an existing travel destination.
Virtual products and marks
Some products shown are fictional concepts designed by AIGC JoyousPixel with AI. Their reference boards and parameters express creative design intent and control visual consistency; they are not manufacturing, performance or safety specifications. Campaign scenes do not mean a product physically exists or is offered for sale. Third-party marks remain with their owners.
Editorial responsibility
AIGC JoyousPixel reviews the published selection and holds editorial responsibility for the website presentation and accompanying text. AI disclosure does not guarantee that generated content is free from every unintended resemblance or artefact.
Rights and removal requests
If you believe a work affects your copyright, trademark, likeness or another right, email [email protected]. Include the page URL, the relevant work and the basis of the request so it can be reviewed promptly.
Transparency approach
AI origin is disclosed at the archive level and on every series page in a clear manner designed not to obstruct the normal viewing of the artwork.
